It is not over yet if NCR does not change its behavor.
Everyone will act for what he/she think it is for his/her benifit.But it will be very very soon for the CE who voted NO to realize they made a mistake or they were fooled by empty promised made by NCR.

to those who voted no--if you believed anything ncr told you then you are crazy or stupid. you will come to find out very soon how many lies they have told you. things will not improve and once you get to that magical midpoint your raise will drop or diappear. you will see all the bigwigs getting their big bonuses while you never seem to be able to make the number to reach your goals. which will probably change again by the end of the year. hopefully when we gegt a chance to vote in my area we will not give away the opportunity to have a voice in how we are treated..

The IBEW will not be going away my friend, you guys have been forming a union all along, and we will continue to help you do that.

I'm sure The travelling circus will subside and Cheadle will go back to his hole. Promises will be broken, people will be mistreated and it will be business as usual at NCR.

You have the ability to change that, you are the vehicle for change, you can fight for change and restore respect at work. You must stick together and you must now work on convincing others.

NOT GETTING PAID FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK? READ CAREFULLY:

Document your time using the system (RIM or call the D1 Dispatcher):

1)Go active on your first call when you leave the house.
2)Record when you arrive on site.
3)Record when you are finished with the call including time spent to disposition parts.
4)Include Travel Time in the call to the minute you go active on your next call.(If you do not get a new call right away, then you are still traveling so do not close the call without all of the travel time included.)

Just like punching a time card, it will show work done past 8 hrs/40hrs that should be billed as overtime. (This figure will not include Admin/Training/Meetings/etc.. so you may need to keep track of that on an excel spreadsheet and email it to yourself.)

Now compare these hours to what you are actually paid in your check.

Do not let them bully you into NOT billing them for your overtime. IE: PIP/Screaming at you/Whining about how they do not have money in the budget for overtime/Promising you 'Comp Time'/Etc./Etc./Etc.

If you are not getting paid for all of your hours then take it to the Federal Labor Board. Tell them to compare Remedy Records with Payroll records. NCR can not shred digital evidence.

WalMart Employees went to the FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR to get what they got.

NCR EMPLOYEES CAN TO. CALL THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.

Next time there is a Union Vote, put some more thought into the future you are building for employees who have not even been born yet. That will be your Legacy.

I believe my raise should be based on how I perform, not how some flunky CE performs. If I do a better job than Joe CE, I deserve a better raise than Joe CE. With a union, we would ALL get the same raise...and it will likely be less than we can earn on our own merits. All for what? $600/year in dues. I don't need another bill.

to the above poster--if only it were so with ncr. you may get a better raise than someone else for a while...until you get a little over the midpoint-then forget the raises. before my paycut i had 3 years with no raise-on my pa i had 1 satifactory and 2 excellents in those 3 years. so you may deserve a better raise than someone else but that doesn't really mean much once you move up the pay scale. and then once you do move up the payscale ladder the same thing can happen to you that happened to 500 of us this year..reband you and cut your pay drastically and want you to do even more work and be happy about it!! i sure hope when we get a chance to vote on a union here that short-sighted people like you aren't around here.

To you I say......

I have had all good PA's and think I am a pretty good tech. My raises that I have gotten the last 5 or so years were negated when the CE3 to CE2 reband was put in place.
I don't like the profanity and negative comments however I do understand them. People are upset. If you have been here for any amount of time and are not management you would understand.
PS.... I would gladly pay 1 or 2% of my pay to get better conditions and a guarantee of a raise. There is no guarantee of anything in NCR, raises or bonuses. One for sure is you have no control over the numbers you are graded on. If we had that guarantee we wouldn't have the moral problem we face today.
I believe we have poor management and/or a lack of management altogether!!! They all want to know what roadblocks in our jobs can they help us remove yet they spent most of their time figuring out ways to give us the SHAFT (one day more OT than you can do one day no OT while customers don't get service). Or maybe hey they may make their bonus number how bout we change the numbers to make it unreachable.

we may be in the minority in the boston area but not by much.. and we shall see what happens in the other areas..and no--most of us here are not democrats..and no one can see the future but if it is filled with the lies and deceit the company has fed us the last few years then a union is about the only way to try and keep what we still have. wait until it comes pa and bonus time next year. better yet i would like to see the company after the mass exodus that will occur when the bridge pay runs out. hmmm--that would leave our area with no proof, cisco, or quantum ce's and no 2nd line atm ce's. sounds like a great service organization doesn't it?

I am surely not a democrat. I am also not a unionnn person, however I do think we could use some help from a unionnn. When you have no voice and no say in how things are being forcefed to you....you need help from someone. It doesn't matter if you do a superb job or a crap job once you get to a midpoint you are done (if not before). I cant believe you don't get that!!!!
You will be first in line to suck up to the new outsourcing company when that comes around too RIGHT!!!! It's all about the $$$$ and none of us will have any when that happens. Stick around and feel are pain buddaay!!!!

Silly Fools. In Philly before our first vote we FLT workers were promissed a lot of changes if we would only not vote Union. No more shift changes every other week. More hires to ease up on the AV load. Open door policy to upper management. Some weekends off once in awhile. Good raises for good work. No off the clock meetings, conference calls, training or Admin. So the union vote lost. Guess what. They lied. Nothing changed, in fact it got a little worse. So a year went by and we voted again. This time we overwellmingly won and became Teamsters. We negotiated a three year contract and all was well. Alas no happy ending here. NCR transferred us over to NCR and out of the Union. They conveniently left behind the shop stewards and anyone of suspect character. Now I do more work for the same pay. I am on call every other week and have not had a day off on the weekend since the first of the year. Sometimes you have to walk through the fire twice until you realize you are being burned. Let's see if you no voters are happier this time next year. No profanity used.

The problem we have is that most older ce's that could retire are gone. all that is left are a few of us that remember NCR as a company we were proud to work for...when I STARTED WE HAD FREE INSURANCE NO COPAY AND WE WERE TREATED LIKE WE WERE FAMILY now we are treated like dogs...I find it hard to believe that so many kiddies not even out of diapers were stupid enough to pass on having some control over their job and life and voted no in N.E.

Next group vote for a dammned union quick!!!!

All the newer CE's were hired from Walmart, where they were pushing the shopping carts in, so this job at NCR is better than they ever dreamed.

The New NCR is actually the "OLD Permond". This is what happened. NCR had permond to do first line work. It didnt really work. They were underpaided. Now the new NCR. Its not really working. We are under paided. NCR is now PERMOND!

Im trying my best to get outta here. Im back at School, trying to get my degree. ANd I will will be gone eventually, because I really and truely hate NCR with a passion. They are greedy and could could care less abouit you...

These guys are good act talking tough which is suppose is needed to try and justify why they pay the teamsters to get rebanded. Many of them hate the union because they got the same treatment as everyone else in the company. Realize the few who pound their chest on this blog don't represent the majority. the union is a cancer for these guys and would be everywhere else too. I've been here a long time and don't like a lot of the changes like everyone else. Times have changed gentlemen and we need to be realistic and not think a union is going to do anything but poison where we work. Look around where this has happened and businesses with unions become crippled. If you really hate NCR, please leave and go somewhere else vs destroying what is still a great company.

It's going on NOW! The experienced CE's are leaving, and NCR is having trouble just hiring warm bodies for the low wages they offer. I'm on bridge pay now, and will be gone before it expires. I have already been offered 10% more than my base pay from another company, for a CE-1 job they had open, and they still have 4 teirs of CE's!

Gee isn't every thing wonderful now. The horrible Union movement has been put to rest for awhile. The NCR Techs all Love the FLT techs. Of course the NCR techs never screw up and don't follow up on repairs FLT Breadroute guys doing their jobs report being needed. Management love us and we love all of them. My customers are all so happy with the great service performed by the few Ce's who still give a crap. It's all so wonderful now. I can't wait to go to work everyday. Gotta go now, so pesky Bill Collectors are at my door.

You saw Cicero on a Time Warner site and your conclusion is that your being used to generate revenue for the union. You really need to find out what is going on the world of working people. Gas prices recently hit $4.00 a gallon and why was that. There was no shortage.Oil companies in their insatiable need for more profit just kept raising the price and kept adding to record breaking profits and the price of everything kept going up as well. Not evrything however went up. The workers salaries went down.NCR like the oil companies in the face of better than expected earnings, and signing new contracts everyday cut the workers salaries and doubled the CEO's pay.This isn't about generating revenue for the unions this is a struggle to save the middle class of America. If you look you will find Cicero not only on a Time Warner site but also on the Comcast site, and you will find him writing flyers for Verizon Business, One Communications, Direct T.V., and anywhere workers are willing to stand up and say enough.

p.s. as far as NCR goes just remember its not who wins the battle but who wins the war!

speak for yourself-"most of us"? the union vote only lost by 8 votes and that is most likely due to the propaganda and lies ncr told the new people from fls. once they see what ncr told them is a pack of lies they will see different. and none of the other areas have gone to a vote yet so how do you know that "most of us" don't want a union? i personally wish it didn't come to having to need a union but ncr has brought it on themselves. every year they have taken something else from us and given more to the bigwigs. if expenses are so high they can't get the contracts they want then why not cut across the board? the union is the only way we will be able to stop the onslaught from ncr on our way of life.

They might even fell pretty good for their job as respect to their trainings and experiences they have.In another word and for all due resepect, they just worth as much. The problem is NCR will not just stop here. NCR's utmost goal is outsourcing. It has been happening in most area of Canada except the UNIONIZED area.It is just matter of time IT will come to your and my areas.
One day in the near futur and my guess is less than two years, NCR will tell all CE1 and CE2 except the UNIONIZED areas that
NCR does need you any more. There is company-TECH ON DEMAND as example- will take over your job. You are welcome to join this compnay to do the same job as you do for NCR.Nothing change except your salary and benifits aill be reduced for ONLY 25%.
I am not kidding here.The TECH-ON-DEMAND is a real company. IT hired 60 people in NY/NJ right before the talk between teamsters and NCR for new contract. This company told these 60 guys that They will have a permerant job and be working in Metro area for NCR equipments. Everyone will have a vehicle and good pay-$12 to $15??. A lot of these guys quit their old jobs and waiting for this new CAREER. But most of them were just dismissed for there was no strike and they were not needed any more. NCR DOES hired some from these 60 guys and sent them to Dayton for ATM training. What happened was most of them could not pass the training. Well, what you can expect for people worth $12/h.
So, time will tell who is right. For the managers who pretend to be a CE and post their anti-union messages here: Watch out . You will be fired soon because there will be no CE for your to manage any more. The New outsourcing companies will only hire CE not managers. and you will not find any manager position in other corp. either for they are doing the same sh$%t as NCR: outsourcing.

Obviously, you are not a demoted CE3. No demoted CE3 will feel happy about the pay cut. You sound like CE2 or CE1 who feels what you got is just you deserved. But mark my word here that NCR will not just stop doing his great goal: Disband the CE and outsourcing the service business. NCR top managers believe it is more profitable to just selling the equiptments and outsource the services.
Your and our days are numbered. NCR may keep some CE as RTSS but it will outsourc all the FLM and most 2nd line job. They just need keep some experts- which must be from the old CE3- to run extra difficult calls that outsourcing companies can not handle.
It is just matter of time for this final step to kick in if WE do not do anything. The problem here is not union is good/bad or right/wromg. It is the only option on the table.You are either a manager or a stupid CE1 /CE2. In either case you will be doomed as the demoted CE3. You will be fired for there will be no need for managers to manage CE, if you are a manager. Or you will be dismissed for OUTSOURCING, if you are a CE1/CE2.
There may be another possibility that you think you may not be affected in either case for you may be one of the higher managers. Think about the fact: High rank managers will be not needed also if the lower managers are gone. There will only Top managers and their sectaries left.You will be probably be fired right after WE are done by NCR.So, if you are smart enough I think you should say GO UNIONNNNNNNNN.

In our weekly territory con call we were told to keep the overtime under 15% and that there was no talk of cutting jobs yet. Were do they get these guys? We have too much overtime because we don't have enough people to cover the shifts needed to cut the over time. We have to run calls after 1700 cause management tells customers that we will service equipment 7/24. So if we can't cut over time they will cut jobs. Less people will cause more over time then before which will lead management to cut more jobs. Before you know it no more people and no more overtime, problem solved.

NOT GETTING PAID FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK? READ CAREFULLY:

Document your time using the system (RIM or call the D1 Dispatcher):

1)Go active on your first call when you leave the house.
2)Record when you arrive on site.
3)Record when you are finished with the call including time spent to disposition parts.
4)Include Travel Time in the call to the minute you go active on your next call.(If you do not get a new call right away, then you are still traveling so do not close the call without all of the travel time included.)

Just like punching a time card, it will show work done past 8 hrs/40hrs that should be billed as overtime. (This figure will not include Admin/Training/Meetings/etc.. so you may need to keep track of that on an excel spreadsheet and email it to yourself.)

Now compare these hours to what you are actually paid in your check.

Remember when NCR was a World Class Company? Now it seems NCR wants to be known as a Third World Class Company.

We have stopped building ATM's in Canada and Scotland, both places that works took pride in what they produced. Now ATM's are built in places like Turkey, Brazil, India and communist China. Do you really think that works in these places care about what they produce.

Our CEO also acts like a third world dictator. He does what ever he pleases without regrade for the contract that he agreed to. He never moved to Dayton, which he said he would. He moved our executive offices to New York City. He has cut his employees pay while he spends money like there will be no tomorrow.

I know a city bus driver that now makes better money than I do. He has been driving a bus for 23 years and is making 52,000 a year. I did make a lot more then he did as a CE3 with 30 years at NCR. But the bus drivers here have a Union to look after them. The don't have to work their asses of for the elusive bonus at the end of the year, they get real raises.

World Class Company or third world company? You decide, I have.

Send an email to your TM and copy the CE and Human Resources pointing out that this CE is working off the clock. It is management RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that employees are compensated for all of their labor. If the TM does not put an end to the off the clock work, file a complaint with the Federal Dept. of Labor. We have given too much for too long. Kiss ass employees DO NOT get bigger raises or bonuses, they just work for less.

You state you are resolved to "protect our country and my family"...you sound as if you do not have a family of your own? Perhaps not, but one must protect their country and family from " all enemies, both foreign and domestic"....remember that phrase when you were sworn into the military? I do. Seems to me Domestic enemies are trashing our families' quality of life, and rewarding Corporate Pirates with millions of dollars taken from working families. NCR is certainly not alone in this. My point to you is that this is simply wrong, and should not be accepted as the inevitable. P.S. tried to refrain from childish name-calling....I agree there is a huge lot of really awful stuff on this site lately, but it is understandable...people have been badly abused by an employer they have given so much to.... Our Mr. Unionnnn is right out of the textbook "American Labor History 101". He has just admitted to being what is known in the labor movement as "Agents-provacateurs". These are persons hired by companies to infiltrate union ranks - especially during strikes - and stir up trouble by falsely provoking workers into doing something illegal, bringing public opinion against them. Historically they have been quite successful. A classic example: dress up like a striker at a large public rally where you will not be recognized. Wear union pins and be very vocal and pro-union. When the Mounted Police start to push the crowd back because they are becoming too unruly, reach into your pocket and toss a lit string of firecrackers under a Cop's horse. Then run TOWARD the line of enraged cops, pulling off your union buttons and hat. You will be safe because the cops are all charging the other way into the demonstrators, swinging their clubs. Of course, you can fire a pistol shot instead - and create a Real bloodbath. You know, folks - you can't "make this stuff up". Check your history - and don't read a biased pro-union version. Look it up in government records. Mr. Unionnn is right about me being "no fun" - he enjoys stirring up the "exploding heads". Keep your emotions under control, your wits about you, and your resolve intact....and you CAN WIN in the long run. the scenario described above where someone fakes being a union guy to infiltrate the union movement illustrates why all this union talk is is so very wrong for NCR. We may have issues as a company, but they are nothing compared to the kind of division, corruption and unrest that comes when you introduce a union into a company. One suggestion to the CE got too much unwanted OT:
Domino Pizza used to have a gurantee to deliver its pizza to customers in 30(40?) minutes. It run commercial of this guarntee on TV at one time. One of its deliverman had a accident and someone was injured. The lawyer who represented the injured sued Domino Pizza for creating the pressure to have its employee to rush and eventuelly cause this accident and injury to his client. So, Domino Pizza is liable to his client's injury. Domino Pizza lost this case and had to pay a lot lot of money. Domino Pizza then dropped its gurantee of deliver in 30 min forever.
I think there is something You can learn from it. Write a memo to your TM and cc to your district Manager, saying you are working long hours almost every day for many weeks/monthes. You are sleeping many times while your were driving from one call to another call. You are afraid of having ACCIDENT and someone or youself may be injured or ,GOD forbid,killed and NCR may bear the liability for the accident because NCR PUSH OR LET ITS WORKER WORK UNREASONABLE LONG HOURS. You do not want it happen but THERE SHOUlD BE A KIND OF LIMIT for the long hours' working. and ask thier responds of your concern. And maybe you can tell them the Domino Pizza's story.
Keep your menmo/email as a record. Your TM and district manager will not push you too much any more IF THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH.

some states allow employers who supply work vehicles 30 minutes at the beginning of the day as travel non pay time since they figure if you had to drive to work it would take an average of 30 minutes. two examples are virginia says the first 30 minutes are non pay at the begining and end. I think there are only 3 states that says when you leave the house it is paid somewhere in arizona or washington I think. It depends on the state. some states are different

In NJ if your company supplied vehicle is used foe 80% company business you are working and should be getting paid when you get in until you get out. Our vehicles are for 100% company use and no employee use in non union NJ areas. Research it yourself, I did and was still shot down by company lawyers.

“30 good years out of 40”
Technical Services Representative Past Employee (2006) Pros40 year career was rewarded not only with ample monetary compensation but with community respect. I lacked nothing I needed in the way of equipment and experienced, qualified help.

Conswhen I retired it had become a numbers game. when I questioned the lack of time to do quality work the answer was quality no longer was the target. quality had been replaced by quantity. unfortunately I did not work in an arena that afforded me the opportunity to make the numbers. I am not one to lie about where I had been and what work I had completed so every day became a frustrating experience.

Advice to Senior Managementa good mule will work hard if treated well but will sit down if it is unhappy.

CE2 in Dallas, TX (United States) Current Employee ProsTo get hands on experience. There are a few opportunities for good ce's, rtss, atm, tm, but my experience with NCR is once you go salary NCR own's you.

ConsPay, poor raises, not enough employees doing the work. When we disagree with our FOD, his advice is to find another job. Ce's pay cut, CEO's bonus raised.

Advice to Senior ManagementSooner or later you won't be able to squeeze anymore profits out of us.

It is a common occurrence for the company to issue annual employee reviews where 80% of the force gets 0% raise, and nobody receives more than 3%. In 50% of my years here I have received an exceptional review and offered nothing more than an excuse for why times are tough at NCR. In the meantime I have watched the Senior management getting millions of dollars in bonuses.

“Not so good anymore at NCR”

If anything compared to other companies some of the benefits are slightly better than smaller companies. Even those though have eroded over the years. When you hear a 30 year retired vet tell you that it's only in the bast 7-10 years that things have gotten real bad in the company, and in my own limited time seeing that downfall, I cant say I'm proud of NCR. I wanted to be proud to work for a progressive modern company, but now the bottom line is all that matter regardless of anything else.

ConsI believe that the biggest is that upper management has lost touch with how the field really operates.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop paying so much attention to numbers and start paying attention to how the different territories work.

ConsMany, but mostly management has lost touch with employee's. I'm not talking about wages either. I understand hardware tech doesn't pay what it use to. On the other hand you don't have to have to give massive bonuses for RIF's and the such. If field techs need to take a cut, why doesn't upper management need to cut back too.

Product Manager in Dundee, Scotland (United Kingdom) Past Employee (2006) ProsExcellent location with low cost of living. A market leader in it's field for the past 15 years. If involved with successfull projects the considerable scope for international travel.

ConsJob security is non existent. Progression is random. Cuts seem to be random with no real assesment of contribution or skills. Aggressive cost cutting seems to continue unabated with no consideration of the affect on employee morale. Pretty much a short term view on everything. Employees can be very negative.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemember that people work for NCR and that they can be motivated or demotivated. Currently their are few activities that will actually motivate people.

I am a CE2 in New England. I voted for the union. I am sad to see that so many of my fellow CE's can't see the writing on the wall. There will be more reductions and rebandings. It is the NCR management style. More for less, unless you are at the top, and then it's a 16.4 million dollar bonus.

I also must fault the IBEW for not getting as involved as they should have.
The company held mandatory meetings in which they painted the union as thugs and money hungry individuals. While I ignored this propaganda many of my fellow CE's did not. The union should have met with us and answered all our questions. They did not. They sent out fliers instead. Many CE's felt that that we were too small for the union to care about us. We already have one entity screwing us, we did not need a second one.I fault the union for that.
The IBEW is just as responsible for the loss as any CE that voted against it.
I hope the IBEW has learned a lesson.

The beguinning of the 4th quarter. Doesn't look so good. Only one building left to sell. Stocks should be at $27.00 but their not. No hope of them hitting $30 by year end. Looks like Nuti set his target too high. He will be getting out shortly anyways. Good luck NCR (what's left of you)

It took a punch in the face for the New England CE to read the writing on the wall. The ibew never cared about you or your buddies. It only hoped to gain your dues. Those who are already in the union aren't going to tell you they got sucker punched so they'll try to convince you to "c'mon in, the water's fine" just so they can feel like they weren't the only ones duped.

In answer to the post about having meetings with the union I will say that I had meetings all over N.Y. and N.E. and we had conference calls for those who couldn't make the meetings because of being on call or family commitments or any other reason to answer any questions that any CE may have had. I agree though that we need to meet face to face , a flyer is no substitute for an open discussion. You have laid a solid foundation for forming a union and the time for meetings and discussion on how to move forward is now. I will meet with any CE anywhere just call so that we can arrange a meeting. 978-302-3690

Just stumbled into this website glassdoor.com - that people write in reviews of the company they work for and tell their salary. It is all anonymous. The idea being is that salaries/pay should be known-- and everyone should be paid a fair rate of pay for thier work. The site is free. In order to access the reviews you have to send in a review. Then you can read other people's whole review. If it becomes public knowledge what people are being paid and how they are being treated = new employees may or may not show up to work at the company. Trouble ahead.
The ATM manufacturing facility in Budapest is behind in order fulfilment to the tune of 1,500 units in Q3 2008. That a conservative estimate of $18M worth of ATMs customers will have delivered late. At least thats 1500 units us CEs wont have on our workload in Q4.

oh boy..another glassdoor ad. can never see enough of them, they are so interesting. Guys, get a grip. a nnothing we can say or do will get rid of Nuti. Noyhing we can say or do will get our ce3 pay returned to us. We had our chance to try to get someone to speak for us, but we blew it. Now we will be treated as badly as the company wants. Get used to it, or move on.. I plan to move on

You dont seem to get it. They want us gone. We get the most vacation, the most pay. Every former CE3 that stays around after the bridge payments end is just doing the company a favor. They dont care if everyone of us quit. They will hire more people for peanuts, until they run the company into the ground. It wont take too long. They cant keep qualified people now, and the new hires come in, get a little training, then leave. Do whatever you need to do, but dont ever think you are going to shame this company into doing the right thing, because you cant shame anyone with no morals or no conscience.

The new guys cost the company 3 times as much to run a call as the older ce's! We have guy's that have NEVER fixed anything more complicated than a bill jam. They blow up atm's evrytime they swap a part!

I've been with NCR for a year now and I absolutely thought I was joining a world class company and wanted to love my new position here. I was all about helping my peers, all about sla's, training, and everything else that was asked of us.
I resently relocated from the Mid-West to the Central area. Ive been here for just about two months and finally had enough. These guys here have no clue of how to run things. They are way, way understaffed, the staff they do have are half-retarted, and the management act like glorified baby sitters. Never have I worked in a place so disorganized, its amazing they get any business at all and from what I hear from some of the customers they are serious making plans on taking their business elsewhere.
When I arrived here there were 15 CE's here (they needed twice that), that was about 7 weeks ago and they are now down to 7. We're talking about 20 calls in your que by 8am, constant harrassment from account managers, territory manager, control tower, peachtree and Im sure there was more... The schedules are so messed up you cant even get two days off in a row, and av is twelve hour shifts (since they never run out of calls) then opccational wake-up in the middle of the night to run switch calls at walmart, then back to work at 8am its sickening. Ive had it, I just called in and quit, Ive been off a week now and never felt better, f**k this place. Cant wait for my exit interview. There was a guy that quit the day before me and a guy that quit two days after. Good luck remaining team member, get out and get a better job, this one sucks.
I dont buy into the "things are going to get better" attitude managers try to feed us while they suck the life out of us and make us feel like sh** on top of it.
