Confessions of an NCR TM
Guys, I know that this is your site and that I shouldn’t be posting here but I just can’t hold this in anymore. NCR hired me to be a Manager then they turned me into an SS Agent through “Fear and Intimidation” techniques that I could not even tell my Priest about at Confession.
I don’t want to be a part of this CE Genocide Policy. I am Truly Sorry.

I've been hearing that CE3s have been filing age discrimination lawsuits with the EEOC. Is there a way for other CE3s to join the lawsuit, or should we file individually?
I also want to join a class action lawsuit against NCR.
I also would like to hear more about the age discrimination class action lawsuit. Could someone please post a site or an email address where we may find out more information.
We are still trying to find out if this will be a national contract, with regional variations, or will every IBEW region have to negotiate any entirely separate contract?

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled against Sprint in an age discrimination lawsuit. Sprint was trying to lay off its older workers. Sprint got sued and lost. CE3s get to the EEOC!

When you say age discrimination, Is age the only criteria? What age are we talking about?

Another insult from NCR.
I have just received notification of my BPP.. A little over $400.oo dollars. This is the latest insult to be heaped on the CEs by management. They report record income and proffits, yet our BPP, which they claim is part of our "RAISES" each year, is pathetic to say the least.

There are still many CE's in the New England region who need to send in there UNION CARDS. There can't be a VOTE until the IBEW receives Cards from a majority, (two thirds), of the New England Employee's. The same is true for the rest of the country. So get your co-workers to send them in, then we can VOTE!!!

Hello all, There has been a Class Action Lawsuit filed against NCR for missed wages and so forth dealing with lunches, admin time and so on. The lawsuit has started in California.
